--The exact name of your Executor (spelled correctly)
--A List of your Assets
--An Idea of how you wish to Distribute these Assets

* Please note: Masks are required at Borough Hall. All in-person attendees must register in advance, and wear a mask while in the building. Voluntary disclosure of Covid 19 vaccination status is appreciated*
