Creative Arts Camp for Youth
DAY CAMP DATES: July 15-19, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Deaf Spotlight will offer a day camp for the youth (ages 8 to 13) this summer (July 15-19, 2019) for one week. Deaf Spotlight will lead the camp with several Deaf instructors specializing in visual arts.

The camp location will be at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle. The address is 4408 Delridge Way SW, Seattle, WA 98106. You are responsible for your own lodgings and transportation.

There is a camp fee of $150 for attendance. Lunch will be provided. Contributions are appreciated to ensure the ongoing operation of Creative Arts Camp for Youth.

WHAT WE NEED FROM THE APPLICANT:
[  ] 3 pages of the completed camper application. If we are missing any information or signatures, we will notify you. Applications are accepted until June 31, 2019.

LIMITED CAPACITY - 20 spots! Apply as soon as possible.
APPLICANT EXPECTATIONS
+ We reserve the right to accept or deny applications.
+ The camper must meet the following general and specific eligibility guidelines:
+ Age 8-13 at camp time (by July 15, 2019)
+ Proficient in Sign Language
+ Can self-manage socially and behaviorally in a group with one adult and 6-10 campers.
+ Fully independent in their own self-care skills
+ Demonstrate interest in learning about and experiencing visual arts
+ Resident of the State of Washington or attending school in Washington
