Hospitality Night- Club Sign Up Form
Hospitality Night will take place Friday, May 13 at the 2022 District Conference at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. Clubs may sign up for a table to serve food and/or non-alcoholic beverages*, compliments of your home club.

Submissions are due by April 15, 2022.

This year, there is no charge to participate,  One table per club.  Per the hotel's policy*, clubs are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages. However, the hotel provides cash bars to purchase alcohol.

Please complete the form to participate.  Submissions will be reviewed for approval to serve and confirmed by the Hospitality Night co-chairs Gwen Vuchsas and Kathrine Russell if accepted.

If your club wants to participate in the creative Rotary Cocktail Contest, please consider entering to win to have your specialty drink featured at the bar by submitting a recipe for your favorite cocktail!
