This information can be edited later, when the exact dates are known. It is strongly encouraged that you participate throughout the entire event, thus, it is suggested that you arrive in Natal in the afternoon of October 13th and depart in the morning of October 19th.

Note that all accepted participants will be provided accommodations, meals
and local transportation from hotel to venue and vice-versa.. There is limited travel support available; eligible participants will be notified about support.

Nationals of many countries can come to Brazil without a visa for up to 90 days. Please check that your country is in this list. Otherwise you might need to apply for a tourist visa.
