1. If an outdoor session is booked, client and photographer can agree a reasonable time frame within which to cancel that shoot and postpone to another time in case of rain (e.g. if agreed to make a decision on whether to cancel 1 hour before, depending on distance to shoot location). In case of illness on either client or photographer part rescheduling is also possible.
2. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed.
3. Photographs shall be available to the client In Digital format. The Client has unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs and may print or use them in any suitable way. The images may not be used commercially by third parties.
4. The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays.
5. The Photographer will be free to use images for Anna McKay Photography marketing and promotion purposes (e.g. website, social media, brochures) - please note that this is standard photography practice
