COVID-19 has impacted our lives in many ways. We hope everyone has been able to stay healthy and safe.
Your PMHA Directors are looking ahead to the upcoming year, 2021-2022. A face-to-face AGM meeting would always be more effective than a virtual one, in terms of the actual meeting activity. However, there is a sense of urgency to complete our PMHA AGM to select your Directors and leadership during these unprecedented times. Besides the normal decisions relating to an upcoming hockey season, there will be other important decisions relating to how PMHA can best address the public health issues around COVID-19 and its impact on our hockey program.

We plan to hold a virtual AGM, with the support of our Facilitator, Bryan Boyle. He has facilitated our PMHA AGM’s for the last nine years and is quite familiar with our organization. The virtual AGM will be divided into three stages:

Stage 1 – Solicit Members’ Input
An email utilizing “Google Forms” will be sent to every PMHA member family (Wednesday, May 5) soliciting interest in nominating Directors and identifying issues to discuss at the AGM

Stage 2 – Circulate Detailed Agenda and Reports
A detailed agenda, 2020 minutes, and financial statements will be circulated by email to every PMHA member family (Friday, May 14)

Stage 3 – Facilitated AGM Zoom Call (Wednesday evening, May 19 at 7:00 p.m.)
