I. THE PARTIES. This General Release of Liability (“Release”) is made this day listed above by and between:

Releasee: Roam Life LLC dba Roam Your Soul with mailing address of: PO Box 714, Matagorda TX 77457

and

Releasor: with a mailing address of:

II. LIABILITY EVENT. Under the terms of this Release and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Releasor hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee of: Roam Your Soul Retreats, Overnight Events, Events, and Workshops (“Liability”).

THEREFORE under the terms of this Agreement and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge the Releasee including their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the Liability.

III. TRANSPORTATION. Under the terms of this Release and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Releasor hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee of: transportation usage, riding in private and/or provided vehicles, vehicles provided, and drivers for any and all activities.

I release, waive, hold harmless and forever discharge Roam Life LLC (dba Roam Your Soul) its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, agents and/or representatives of any kind, from any and all liability for all actions, all bodily injury and property damage claims, demands, or damages accruing to me/us resulting from any known or unknown injury, loss, or damage to person or property, or death, together with any attorney's fees and costs of litigation  including, but not limited to those on appeal or in bankruptcy court, sustained or incurred by me, or any third party on or about Roam Life LLC (dba Roam Your Soul) locations, properties, premises while participating in any of the activities and programs. I agree to assume all risks of activities sponsored by Roam Life LLC (dba Roam Your Soul) and acknowledge that I am aware of the risks inherent in attending the events and activities. I agree this waiver and release shall legally bind me my heirs, trustees, personal representatives and assigns. I am aware that I are releasing certain legal rights by this Contract that we otherwise might have.

IV. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I agree to assume all risks of activities sponsored by the Releasee and acknowledge that I am aware of the risks inherent in participating in any activities. I agree this waiver and release shall legally bind me and my heirs, trustees, personal representatives and assigns. I am aware that I am releasing certain legal rights by this Contract that we otherwise might have.

I understand that the Releasee cannot allow or condone the usage of alcohol and other sense-heightening or illicit substances and that the usage or consumption of any of these are at my own risk. 

It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction the causes of action, claims and demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the Releasor and Releasee; and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital. 

V. BINDING EFFECT. This Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
