If we have not received cutting instructions by the time your animal is scheduled to cut, we will follow standard cutting instructions.

Please make sure to submit the form when you are finished.

* This symbol will indicate our Butcher's suggestion throughout your cut sheet. You may always choose different cuts, but if you are unsure what to choose, look for the asterisk.


Packaging:
• All products will be double paper wrapped. Burger is vacuum stuffed in plastic burger bags. 
• Roasts will be packaged one per package.
• Steaks will be packaged 2 or 3 per package per your request. We will not package more than 3 and there is a $10 charge to wrap 1 steak per package.
• Every item will be labeled & froze

You will be notified by text when it is done & ready for pick up. After notification you will have 3 business days to pick up your product.

Any product held after 3 business days will be charged $10/day storage fee until product is picked up.
