WE ANTICIPATE ONE OR TWO SCHOOLS/GROUPS DROPPING OUT. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT YOU COMPLETE THIS FORM TO GO ON OUR RESERVE LIST.
The Festival will take place across the weekends of the 13th & 14th and 20th & 21st November at Central Hall, University of York. There will be two festivals on each day - one at 12.00pm and one at 5.30pm. You can read more by visiting

Because we want to ensure a balance of primary, secondary, Colleges/FE providers and community groups we may not be able to accommodate everyone - but we'll try our best!
The registration fee for 2021 is £140.00. Once we've scheduled the performances, we'll confirm your involvement and send an invoice. This will need to be paid before your place is confirmed. The fee covers participation in the event, free places on a twilight training session for staff, online support and free entry to the festival for performers and supervising adults.
