Payment Plan. We offer 2 payment plans. You can pay all at once at the start of your rental agreement or use our payment plan which requires a 1/2 payment upfront, 3 months after the start date of the contract a 1/4 payment and 3 months after that, a final 1/4 payment. PLEASE NOTE, THE PAYMENT PLAN IS ONLY AN OPTION FOR THOSE WITH CREDIT SCORES ABOVE 720. BOTH APPLICANTS MUST BE ABOVE 720. *
Guests you would allow to use your site without you present. You may name up to 6 people. Our guest policy sates: Leaseholders may name up to 6 guests in the lease agreement who may stay in their RV during the lease term. Each named guest may be accompanied by their significant other and minor children during their stay at Shorewood. Leaseholders must go to www.shorewoodrvresort.com/guestcheckin to register their guests at least 24 hours prior to guest’s arrival at Shorewood and must make arrangements for guests’ entry through the front gate. Designated guests are not required to sign in but must be listed on the leaseholders annual agreement. Guests are required to adhere to Shorewood rules; a copy of the rules must be given to guests by the leaseholder prior to guest visits. Occupants under the age of 21 must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 21. Guest list may only be added/updated 1 time per year at rental agreement signing. Leaseholders may not rent or sublet their site. Guests are expected to be aware of the rules and regulations and abide by them. If they do not, they may be asked to leave the property and removed from the leaseholders guest list.
