MADE Hoops Middle School Circuits are designed to bring together the best teams from not only across the region, but across Canada as well. By providing elite programs, prospects, facilities & exposure opportunities, there is nowhere else better to improve your game while testing yourself than at a MADE Hoops Circuit. Our Canada Spring Circuit is designed specifically for the top 2009-2011 programs. With all stops at Vaughan Sportsplex players, parents and coaches are given a high level basketball experience designed to prepare them for their future in an ultra competitive basketball space. My Images and likeness will be used on social media, team pics and for promotional purposes on our website and marketing materials. I agree to release and hold harmless the Edmonton Pro-Am Youth Basketball, its' sponsors, organizers, promoters, facilities and all other persons or entities associated with the Edmonton Pro-Am Youth Basketball from any and all injury or damage, for any claims or causes of action whatsoever, for any loss or injury suffered by me or my children. I verify that I am or my son/daughter is physically fit to be able to participate in the activities of the Edmonton Pro-Am Basketball. Every player and their parent/guardian must read this Waiver Form.
