To register, complete form below.  Register one person per form. Before hitting the Submit button (at the bottom,) calculate the total number of play weeks using the applicable fee and total that amount.  You may then click the Submit button and complete program registration and make secure payment online by clicking the paypal link in the auto confirmation or by mailing a check to:  South Yarmouth Tennis Club, PO Box 124, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.  All major credit cards accepted.  After paying, please complete the Photo & Liability Waiver form.
