Hey there! We’re so happy that you’re interested in performing at our QTAY open mic. Fill out this form to let us know what to expect from your performance, because we’ll be introducing all the performers and we want the tech to run smoothly too!

THE DATE OF THE OPEN MIC IS: Wednesday May 19th from 7pm to 9pm.

Please note that we might not be able to accept everyone who signs up, since we only have 15 spots. We’ll try to stick to first-come-first-serve, but if we get a lot of sign-ups we may pick and choose people in order to achieve a nice variety of performances.
