NO LATER THAN APRIL 15, 2024. This is an e-application and will be submitted online.
Preliminary Approval notifications expected May 15, 2024. Final Approval from RI expected June
30, 2024. You will be notified when we have received final approval from RI.

Your project cannot start until we have final approval from RI and not before July 1, 2024.
