City Council FY24 Budget Virtual Testimony Sign-up
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Boston City Council's budget review process. Virtual testimony is accepted at ALL hearings, whether they are scheduled in person or virtual.

For in person hearings, if you wish to join us in person, please come to the Iannella Chamber during a scheduled hearing and sign up on the sheet near the entry.

For in person or virtual hearings, if you are looking to testify virtually, please fill out the form below and one of our liaisons will email you with the link to participate in the session. Each session has a unique link; if you wish to testify at multiple sessions, please complete this form for each session being requested.

Testimony is taken in the order participants signed up. You will be granted access to your controls when you are called. Thank you for participating!
- Testimony must be germane to the hearing topic at hand. Testimony on any aspect of the budget may be given during a dedicated public testimony hearing.
- Testimony is limited to two (2) minutes, and is subject to the same expectations of decorum as in-person testimony.
- Because hearings are replayed on public broadcast, obscenities or offensive language will not be allowed.
