Tindak Malaysia's Polling Staff Recruitment (2024) 
TindakMalaysia Network Services PLT (later to be known as Tindak Malaysia) is in the process of recruiting Tindak Malaysia volunteers and interested individuals with right knowledge and attitude for the following roles:

  • Ketua Tempat Mengundi (KTM)
  • Kerani Pengundian (KP1,KP2, KP3, KP4), Kerani Mengira Undi (KMU)
  • Kerani Penyemak Daftar Pemilih (KPDP)
  • Penunjuk Pusat Arah Pusat Mengundi (PAPM)
  • Other Petugas roles (unspecified)
Before proceeding with the rest of the form, please ensure you are an applicant who fulfill (by default) these requirements:
  • Malaysian Citizen
  • 18 years or above
  • Not a holder of any political party positions
  • Fulfill the 'Ciri-ciri perlu ada pada petugas' (https://www.spr.gov.my/ms/pilihan-raya/penjalanan-pilihan-raya/petugas)
This form is an expression of interest from Tindak Malaysia Petugas program and/or Tindak Malaysia Leadership to assess the readiness of the said individual for the above roles. If the candidate is willing to attend no less than two physical trainings (for places that Tindak Malaysia does not physical training, attending two virtual trainings at minimum) and have the desirable and suitable attitude for the role, he or she will be allocated by Tindak Malaysia team for a particular election (state or by election). Past experiences of serving as Petugas will be weighed into consideration

The applicant may be called for interviews or other appropriate form of assessment by members of Tindak Malaysia Leadership and/or Tindak Malaysia Election Academy

* Point to note,
1.  if you happened to be 60 years and above, in some case, the Returning Officers may reject your applications. 

This form, when it is open, will open until a specified date that Tindak Malaysia decide on.

  4. Disciplinary matters (if the Candidate or Successful Applicant carries out activities that goes against the requirements found in the form)
  5. Tindak Malaysia will not be responsible for any of the individual(s) action(s) found to be unethical, illegal or breaching of election rules.
