Ballet Arkansas Junior Intensive Registration Form
Fill out this form to register for the third annual Ballet Arkansas Junior Intensive, 2020 edition! We are offering two weeks of intensive, June 8th-12th and July 13th-17th (9am-1pm), and the option to do both weeks at a discounted price. Please note that the registration form and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a spot at the Junior Intensive. All dancers must be age (7-10) by June 8th, 2020, unless approved by the Summer Program Director.

One Week: $250 I Two Weeks: $450
*A $100 non-refundable deposit, credited towards your tuition, is due at registration to hold place in class. Payment in full due May 29, 2020. Class size is limited, so enroll early. Ballet Arkansas reserves the right to cancel any class which does not meet minimal enrollment.
