February 2021 Internal Mixed Summer Hockey
Our Internal mixed competition will commence on the 1st of February  and concludes with in early March. Games will be played on Monday nights at Parade College -  Preston Campus (near the Stolberg), with reduced size fields and smaller teams with modified rules so players of all skill levels can participate and enjoy themselves. Due to COVID and being at the school, we can't do food and alcohol but we will do soft drinks and Zooper Doopers and try to put a few drinks on at the Stolberg at the end of the season . It is the ideal way for players to keep in touch, keep their fitness, improve their skills before the winter and of course, to socialise and have fun! The cost is $35 for the season, or $10 per game to play casually. If you pay after Feb 10, it is $40. For juniors, it is $15. The price increase is due to the ground hire of Parade College.
All players, La Trobe or non-La Trobe, are welcome to play!

Learn how to umpire in a relaxed easy going environment. You will be paired with one of our experienced umpires and be able to learn the ins and outs of umpiring in an in game situation.
Due to corona restrictions and playing at an external field that we have hired, there will be a few extra rules to follow. They will be explained in detail in a later email. The main rules are: that you are required to sanitise on the way in and out, scan the QR code upon arrival and if you have any symptoms or don't feel 100%, that you don't come to hockey.
