-On your designated move-out date, you will receive an email from your RD with a Move-Out Checklist and a Room Condition Form for your reference. Also, in the email, you will be reminded of your move-out time.

-At your designated move-out time, you must be completely moved out and ready for the Residence Life Staff member to do a walk-through of your room. At that time, you will remove yourself from your hallway and wait for the Residence Life Staff member to contact you and do a virtual walk-through of your room. If video-calling is not an option for you, they will call you on whatever phone you have designated and talk you through the walk-through. Pictures will be provided of any damage that they are documenting.

-Once your virtual walk-through is complete, you will turn your key in (if applicable) by placing it in a key envelope, labeling it with your room #, and dropping it into the designated key drop. The Residence Life Staff Member will specify the location of the key enveloped and key drop during your walk-through.

-Once you have completed the move-out process, your card access will be turned off, and your access to the residence halls will be at an end until we return for classes during the following term.
