Request for Honorarium

Any teacher attending a BCTF event on a non-working day is eligible for an honorarium of $100/day ($50/half day) where no other compensation exists.

Instructions:
1) Please complete this form after you have attended the event.

2) Forms submitted to the SSTA are reviewed by the Treasurer who will then provide reimbursement.
