1.Students are responsible for arriving on time. 2.Any absent class will be given that class materials instead of partial refund.3. Parent/Student agree to hold instructor and assistant of class, or employees harmless from any act of ordinary negligence, arising from any accident, injury, or damage whatsoever, however caused, to any persons or the property of any person or persons, or corporations occurring during all the times the student is participating in the class up to and including the time when the student is released into the responsible party's care. 4. We reserve the right to implement a $15.00 charge for every 15 minutes at the responsible party is late picking up the registered student. We also reserve the right to withdraw any student from class without refund, due to tardy pick-ups and/or misbehavior. No refund will be issued after the first class.  5. My child has my permission to be interviewed, photographed, and/or audio/video taped while participating in class, waive any rights or claims to images/videos and using those for promotional, publicity and news purposes related class operation. 6.This class is not affiliated with ,or endorsed by the school or the school district. This material was not produced at district expense. 7. We reserve other rights including: a. Assign alternative instructor, assistants for classes b. cancel or change class schedule due to unpredictable weather, school's schedule change or potential safety concern.

5. 我的孩子有我的允许在参加课程时接受采访、拍照和/或音频/视频录制，并放弃任何图像/视频的权利或索赔，用于与课程运营相关的宣传、公关和新闻目的。
6. 此课程与学校或学区无关。这些材料并非学区经费支付的产物。
7. 我们保留其他权利，包括：a. 指定其他讲师、助教进行授课；b. 由于不可预测的天气、学校时间表变更或潜在安全问题，取消或更改课程时间表。
