**Tent setup: Help setup the tent that holds the entertainment (music & games), concessions, vendor spots & heaters.
**Driver escort: Escort groups of drivers from registration (L&W Supply) to main event (Fieldhouse). This does require a vehicle.
**Parking lot Jeep Lineup Crew: Direct Jeeps as they pull into Fieldhouse from registration. Stand with designated sign at the front for 1 of about 4-6 lines where Jeeps will be parking.
**Scavenger hunt time keepers: Start & stop stopwatch (es) as Jeep teams leave & come back.
**Games: Operate a game (s) during the event - chance boards, duck pond, etc
**General cleanup: Assist in cleaning up at end of the event. Taking down tent, tables and loading trailers.

This is an outdoor event. L&W location volunteers will be in a non-heated warehouse or outside tent. Fieldhouse location is outside with warming tents & restaurant available for warming up. So please dress accordingly. For those signing up for set up & top removal, there will be some lifting involved - nothing over 50lbs.  If you have concerns or questions please list here.
