Come join us for our annual retreat at Red Rooster Retreat on Smith Lake! Bring your machine and supplies for your current projects! Lodging, snacks, and all meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday brunch) are included. Cutting surfaces and ironing boards are provided. You are welcome to bring your own beer or wine.

The schedule for the weekend includes a Friday night mystery make, Saturday afternoon make and take, Saturday night game, and Sunday Showcase of everyone's fabulous projects! There are goodie bags and raffle prizes throughout the weekend culminating in a final BIG raffle prize at brunch on Sunday. You may also sign up for an optional 30 minute massage and Red Rooster has a hot tub on site!

Refund policy:

Before August 18th: Full refund available if someone on the waitlist accepts the position. Partial refund (your payment less $25) available if no one is available to accept the spot.

After August 18th: no refunds available

The main sewing and the dining area are downstairs. The bedrooms are split between up and downstairs, accessible by stairs. In order to ensure the retreat is accessible to everyone, we reserve the downstairs rooms for folks who have difficulty with stairs. Do you require a downstairs bedroom?

The Red Rooster provides meals and snacks during our stay. They do their best to accommodate various dietary restrictions. So that we can best meet everyone's needs, please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions you would like the staff to be aware of as they plan the menu for the weekend.
