The UTPLS is dedicated to maintaining equity in all its operations, and affiliated events. In order to achieve this goal the UTPLS has appointed the Equity Manager to oversee equity related complaints and disclosures.

Nonetheless, the Society recognizes that many incidences may have occurred in which one may not have been able, or comfortable to inform the Equity Team personally. This form is intended for all those involved with the Society at any point in time to submit comments, complaints, and concerns.
