  1. Kaikki ilmoittautumiset ovat sitovia.
  2. Jos ilmoittautumista ei peru, veloitamme aina 100 % kurssien hinnasta.
  3. Jos ilmoittautumisen peruu samana päivänä, veloitamme 50 % kurssien hinnasta.
  4. Jos ilmoittautumisen peruu 1-2 päivää ennen kurssia, veloitamme 25 % kurssien hinnasta.
  5. Jos ilmoittautumisen peruu vähintään 3 päivää ennen kurssia, emme veloita mitään.
  6. Lääkärin- tai hoitajantodistusta vastaan emme veloita mitään, vaikka peruutus tehtäisiin samana päivänä.
Cancellation policy
  1. All registrations are binding.
  2. If you do not cancel your registration, we will always charge 100 % of the full price.
  3. If you cancel on the same day, we will charge 50 % of the full price.
  4. If you cancel 1-2 days before the workshop, we will charge 25 % of the full price.
  5. If you cancel at least 3 days before the class, we will not charge anything.
  6. With a doctor's or a nurse's note, we will not charge anything even if the cancellation is done on the same day as the workshop.

Jotta tunnit toteutuvat, on jokaiselle tunnille ilmoittauduttava tietty minimimäärä osallistujia. Mikäli tunti toteutuu suunnitellusti, emme ole erikseen asiasta yhteydessä. Mikäli jokin tunti joudutaan perumaan vähäisen osallistujamäärän takia, ilmoitamme peruutuksesta sähköpostitse ilmoittautuneille edellisenä päivänä.

Each class must have a minimum amount of participants in order for the class to happen. If the class is held as planned, we will not contact the participants about it. But if a class has to be cancelled due to too few participants, we will inform everyone who registered about the cancellation by email the day before the class.
