Join our camp staff for Smoky Mountain Chapter's 2023 Youth Meeting for 12 and 13 year olds (Y-2023-045) in Knoxville, TN

The Youth Meeting dates are July 17 to July 31, 2023. We will welcome 8 delegations of 4 youth + 1 adult leader from different countries.

We are offering staff a stipend and can negotiate on transportation to and from Knoxville. We can also offer homestay if you want to stay here for a bit before or after camp!

Staff are responsible for the camp logistics, risk management and oversight of the educational content. More information about the staff responsibilities and the Youth Meeting program in general can be found here.

We have openings for:
- 3 Adult staff, ages 21+ (preferably at least one 25+)
- 2 Junior staff, one of them 18+ and the other 19+. Junior staff must be from the host NA (USA).

After applying, we will contact you for a chat/interview. You will be required to provide references upon request. All staff will be required to participate in local, national and safeguarding training, and conduct a background check. All staff must be or become a member of a CISV chapter.
