Birthday Treat Order Form
Birthday cookies can be purchased through our cafeteria. The cost is $12 for 25 cookies. You'll need to order the cookies a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and pay for them when you order. Our cafeterias are cashless, so payment for cookies will be taken directly out of your child's lunch account. Please be sure to have the funds available when you order. The link for EZPay, where you deposit funds, can be found on our website.

Unfortunately, orders placed within 14 days of the date needed will not be processed.
