The Exhibition Area will be located in the Tampa Convention Center on THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAY, (March 16th, 17th, 18th), with a WEDNESDAY (March 15th) evening load-in or early Thursday 6-9 AM Load-in. Hours for the vending tables will be from 10am to 5pm on Thursday and Friday and from 9am to 12pm on Saturday. With a HARD load out time of 2:30. Spaces are reserved on a space available "first-come" basis. (Applications will be accepted for exhibitors currently in good standing with FL Thespians through the end of February).
The exhibitor's fee is $500 per table. NEW THIS YEAR: You receive two representative registrations free per table. There will be a $50 charge per additional representative attending the festival.
Once we receive your table registration, you will be sent a link to the Tampa Convention Center that will outline the cost and availability of electricity, poles, braces, stands, carts for loading in, and many other types of exhibitor's equipment and services. Additionally, if you wish to ship any materials directly to the Tampa Convention Center, you will receive instructions on the availability of this service and the cost. Every one of these services must be contracted directly with the Tampa Convention Center. Florida State Thespians will provide you with the correct number of tables with cloths and skirts set up in the designated exhibition area as well as your table assignment.
Exhibit space/ Tables will not be assigned until payment is received.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT VENDORS THAT HAVE A DIRECT CONNECTION TO THEATRE EDUCATION. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD AT OUR CONFERENCE MUST RELATE DIRECTLY TO THEATRE. NO ITEMS CAN BE SOLD THAT CHALLENGE OUR DRESS OR BEHAVIOR CODE FOR STUDENTS, INCLUDING ANY ITEM RELATED TO WEAPONS, OR MASKS. IF ANY ITEM THAT IS SOLD IS SEEN TO VIOLATE THIS WE WILL ASK FOR YOU TO STOP SELLING IT OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
Exhibitors and Vendors are permitted at the discretion of the State Leadership Staff.
Per festival rules, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted as or a guest of an exhibitor without express and written approval of the State Director or their designee.
There is to be no soliciting of any kind outside of the designated exhibition hall.
You will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of your registration by our Vendor Coordinator. There is no need to email to check if it was received. PLEASE, ONLY SUBMIT ONE APPLICATION.
ALL LOADING OR UNLOADING MUST TAKE PLACE THROUGH THE UPPER LOADING DOCK OF THE CENTER. NO LOADING OR UNLOADING WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRY PLAZA.
Florida State Thespians will not be responsible for loss or theft of goods exhibited in the boutique.
