Southern All-Stars will host a two-day Pitching Camp during Christmas break for pitchers to work on pitching skills and drills. Pitchers will be introduced to the importance of a good warm up routine, conditioning basics, maximizing velocity, increasing accuracy, important pitching concepts along with utilizing pitching tools. Camp attendees will be introduced to the fastball, change up, screwball, drop ball and the curve ball pitches in addition to understanding the “do’s and don’ts” of each pitch during a game. Each day will end in a competition among pitchers and prizes will be given.  All camp attendees will receive a free T-Shirt if registered 14 days in advance.
