Continuum Care Center - Culturally Specific Trauma Needs Survey
AS A RESULT OF POLICE OFFICER INVOLVED KILLINGS, MANY ARE FEARFUL, NUMB, OUTRAGED, UNCERTAIN, AND HEARTBROKEN DEALING WITH THE ON-GOING DISPARATE TREATMENT OF BLACK PEOPLE. THESE ARE THE CONDITIONS THAT THE BLACK COMMUNITY HAS TO EXIST IN.  

IN ORDER TO SUPPORT BLACK COMMUNITIES IN THE METRO AREA IMPACTED BY RACIALIZED TRAUMA, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SURVEY TO DETERMINE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
