Brussels-based V4 Group RTD liaison offices cordially invite you to take part in the next edition of V4 Training for Research Project Managers dedicated to participants from V4 region countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, as well as invited attendees from the European
.
Representatives of universities and research institutes who oversee EU-funded projects, in particular the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, are invited to participate.
The training is designed to broaden the knowledge and experience of the research-support staff, i.e., project managers and members of project support offices. The training is deliberately not targeted at individual researchers. It covers the most important aspects related to Horizon Europe, capacity building and transnational cooperation, as well as project management. Lectures and workshops are conducted mainly by experts from the European Commission and other European institutions with their mission focused on research and innovation.
V4 Training for Research Project Managers is co-organized by the:

GENERAL INFORMATION
This registration form is intended only for institutions based outside the V4 countries.
The training is scheduled to take place on 28-30 April 2025 (Monday - Wednesday), in person in Brussels.
Apart from the mandatory programme there is a possibility of an optional session on PM2 methodology held after the main program of the V4 training (TBC). Please indicate in the registration form, whether you would be interested in attending this optional session.
The cost of traveling and staying in Brussels are to be covered by sending institutions.
The training will be delivered in English.
The registration form is open until 17 February 2025.
When filling in the form, please bear in mind, that the participants will be selected based on their motivation provided in the registration form. In case of more registered applicants from one institution, only one will be selected.
Selected candidates will be informed by 24 February 2025. Please note that only successful candidates will be informed.
