Let us celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2020!

We would love to hear from all seniors, whether you are going on to college, entering the work force, taking a gap year, joining the military, entering a training program or any other plans you have after graduation! Please also include any scholarships, honors or awards. The information from this form will be included in the graduation program and we would love to have all seniors included!

Students must submit this information by Thursday, April 16th to be included in the commencement program.

Note: Please only list a college if you have been accepted and will attend and list any scholarships (from the school you will attend and any outside/additional scholarships) that you have accepted.
