Michigan Bigfoot Conference Vendor Application
The conference is located at 1645 Commerce Park Drive, Chelsea, MI 48118.
It will be on July 30, 2022.
Set up starts at 7 a.m. Must be set up and ready to sell by 9 a.m. The conference runs from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. You are able to tear down anytime after 5 p.m. (You can stay set up until 10:30 p.m. then everything must come down).
Each 8' x 8' spot is $60. This includes one 6' table, two chairs, and two tickets to the conference. No refunds. Subletting of the space is not permitted and credentials are non-transferable. Applications will be accepted with the earliest date. First-come first-serve basis.

Please keep all applications to Cryptid, Native, Mystical, and/or Handmade items.

PLEASE PROVIDE A $10 OR MORE ITEM TO BE RAFFLED. Make sure to include your business card and information for anyone to contact you.

By filling out this form and agreeing to the terms & conditions you are agreeing as the exhibitor to the terms and conditions set forth by Hide And Seek Archives (HASA) and Village Conference Center (VCC). The exhibitor agrees and acknowledges the owners and lessor of the HASA and VCC, their employees, representatives, agents, and anyone else connected with HASA and VCC are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property, nor are they responsible for any injuries or damages to an exhibitor, agents, employees, guest, event participants, or spectators from any cause whatsoever while the conference is in progress. This includes the period of time property is being loaded and unloaded. Exhibitor, individually or exhibitor's agents, employees, guests, event participants, or spectators or heirs at law does hereby expressly waive any and all rights and claims of any nature which may arise against the HASA or VCC, the owners and lessors, their employees, representatives, agents, and anyone else connected with the HASA or VCC.
Subject to all conditions and agreements the exhibitor is granted the right to sell and display products and materials. No souvenir, food, or beverage items may be sold, displayed, or given away by exhibitors.
Management will do all in its power to cooperate with participants, exhibitors, and spectators. We ask you please do the same. No motorized vehicles are allowed inside of the building at any time. Only recognized, single-occupant handicap contrivances, motorized or non-motorized, will be allowed. the HASA and VCC will make all reasonable accommodations so this event is accessible to persons with disabilities.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED BY VENDORS DURING THE EVENT.
This agreement is subject to final acceptance and approval by the HASA coordinator. The HASA coordinator has the right to revoke acceptance of this agreement at any time. The HASA and VCC are not responsible for refunds to violators of this agreement.
Exhibitor agrees that jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement or any cause of action relating to the activities of the exhibitor, HASA, and VCC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, with jurisdiction in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The exhibitor agrees to request any additional space needs with the application. Also, all displays and products are not to extend past the space provided. When exhibitor, employees, agents, guests, event participants, or spectators leave their spot for the night, the space will be cleaned of any debris and left as the exhibitor found it (before setting up). Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. Please contact the HASA coordinator to receive the refund prior to the event date. Subletting of the space is not permitted and credentials are non-transferable. Applications will be accepted with the earliest date. First-come first-serve basis.
