Overview
The University at Albany Weather, Climate, & Chemistry Camp (UAWCCcamp) is a day camp for teens from the New York Capitol District. The UAWCCcamp is designed to be an interactive experience where students learn about the science of weather, climate and environmental chemistry through first hand experience under the instruction of experts in the field. Students will also learn about career opportunities and the college application & financial aid process.

The camp is primarily funded by a generous grant from Bender Scientific.  The camp is hosted by the University at Albany Department of Atmospheric and Environmental Science and the Atmospheric Sciences Research Center, led by Research Associate Dr. Sara Lance and Associate Professor Dr. Justin Minder.
