2023 Middletown Eagles Summer Tourney Season Player Interest Form

Please complete this form if you are interested in participating in the Middletown Eagles Summer Tournament Season! Participation in Summer Tournaments is optional and additional to Spring/Fall League play. Teams will max out at 12 players for each tournament! Teams will be determined and invites will be sent based on responses! Players listed will also be contacted for Fall teams if interested. (See below.)

Summer tourneys will include 4 days of baseball! Three practices will be scheduled leading up to a 1-day tourney (2 game minimum). Two practices will be scheduled leading up to a 2-day tourney (3 game minimum). The cost for each tournament is $225/player.

Example 2: If your son is playing 10U, but doesn't turn 10 until after 4/30/23 he is also eligible to play 9U. In this case, 9U & 10U boxes can be checked.

Hold Harmless: The undersigned, Parent/Guardian of minor, understands that participation for the Middletown Eagles Baseball LLC program is voluntary. Parent/Guardian of minor understands that minor, as a participant with Middletown Eagles Baseball LLC, whether athletic or social in nature, is subject to risk of injury. Parent/Guardian agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Middletown Eagles Baseball LLC, and its employees and owner from and against any claim, demand, suit, judgement, and/or cost of fees, which arise out of, or are in any way connected with Middletown Eagles Baseball LLC, regardless of whether such claims are the result of the negligence of Parent/Guardian/Minor or anyone else or for any other cause. Additionally, by signing below you waive all rights to any individual/team picture(s) of your son(s) being published on MiddletownEaglesBaseball.com or on social media. Lastly, no refunds will be given, but credit may be applied to the next tourney/season at the owner’s discretion under extenuating circumstances. $50 will be credited for each day not fulfilled in the 4 day guarantee for tournaments.
