Congratulations for completion Chapter 1 where we learned about the Geography of the Western Himalayas, Topography (Contours) and various detailed maps like Open Street Maps, Waymarked Hiking Trails and Survey of India maps to plan a hiking traverse.

In Chapter 2 we will focus on Navigation or how to find your way across the mountains. There are various methods which can be used:
