The Benefits & Wellness Department at Georgia Southern University is pleased to invite your business or organization to our annual Benefits & Wellness Fair on the Statesboro and Armstrong campuses! This event gives you an opportunity to promote and network with faculty & staff!

Note: All table locations will be assigned by the Benefits & Wellness Department. 

Check-in Details:
Check-in will start as early as 8:30 am until 9:50 am, at the designated Human Resources table. After you have successfully checked in, you may begin setting up in your assigned location. 

Please note: We will provide one table and two chairs for each vendor. Tablecloths and table skirting will NOT be provided, so please plan accordingly. If additional tables or chairs are needed, or any additional items (i.e., electrical outlet, extension cord, etc.), please submit your request below. 

Participation Details and Theme: 
The theme of the 2023 Benefits & Wellness Fair is “Passport to Wellness”. Join us for a day of travel around the world. The Benefits & Wellness Department encourages your active participation in the fair through decor (related to the theme), educational demonstrations, games, and/or giveaways. Be creative and provide FUN ways to engage and connect with our faculty & staff! 
*Examples of educational demonstrations: Stress-reduction techniques, massage therapy, breathing, stretching, etc. 

There is NO registration fee for this event.

We will have the door prizes set up at the registration table.  All door prizes must be raffled off by Human Resources this year.  You may display the door prize at your table, but Human Resources must conduct the raffle. Gift cards, of any monetary amount, can no longer be accepted/given as a raffle prize or give away from any vendor per the Board of Regents policy. You can have giveaways and promotional items for employees that are generally available to the public. If you have questions on this, please let me know.
