2024 Hurlstone Park Wanderers Team Formation/Grading Registration

Complete this form if you wish to put your name down for participation in Team Formation/Grading sessions. In 2024, we will be conducting sessions for the following age groups:
• Mixed - U8-13
• Boys - U14-18
• Men's - All Age/BBC (Premier League)
• Girls – U8-19
• Women's - All Age/GMT (Premier League), Over 35s

In age groups between U8 and U13, we encourage ALL players in those age groups to attend BOTH sessions. If you have any queries (eg. have a pre-existing friendship group team already formed), please contact your Age Coordinator for clarification.

Location: TBC  

Note: To confirm your placement in a team, you MUST be a fully paid registered player by the time the teams are finalised (approx 2 -4 weeks after these sessions).

The age group is determined by the age the player turns in 2024. For example, if a players turns 9 during 2024, they are in U9s. Players are able to play 2 age groups up, but not down.
