Parent Request: Change of Instructional Setting - English
During our meetings with families we learned that many parents who decided to either keep their children home, or send them to school, may want to change their mind during the school year.  In order to accommodate our families and give our schools time to satisfy change requests, we ask that you fill out the form below.

Key Terms:
100% Remote Instruction:  Students log into their classes from home every single day.
Hybrid Instruction:               Students attend classes in their school building every other day and log into their classes from home on alternating days.

Families wishing to switch from hybrid instructional to 100% remote instruction, can make the change at any time during the school year.  Please complete this form for every child for whom you are requesting a change.

Families wishing to switch from 100% remote instruction to hybrid instruction will have an opportunity to make the change during the following times.

Elementary School changes will be allowed at the end of the 1st and 2nd trimester:
- If request is submitted by October 30, 2020, change to hybrid instruction will occur on November 16, 2020 (start of 2nd trimester).
- If request is submitted by February 26, 2021, change to hybrid instruction will occur on March 15, 2021 (start of 3rd trimester).

Secondary School changes will be allowed at the end of the 1st semester:
- Request must be submitted by January 15, 2021. Change to hybrid instruction will occur on February 1, 2021 (start of 2nd semester)
