Safe Routes to School Survey
Our school community is working with Lane County and the Oregon Department of Transportation’s
Safe Routes to School Program
to improve streets near the school, to help families get to school more safely whether they’re on foot, bicycle, bus, or car. Safe Routes to School programs helps create safe, convenient, and fun opportunities for children to walk, bike and roll to and from school.
Help us better serve your family’s needs by completing this 5-minute survey about travel choices and safety. Your participation will help us improve our communities’ options for getting children to and from school. Thank you for your time!

What concerns limit your child's ability to walk or bike to/from school? (please select up to three concerns)
*
Takes too long to walk or bike to school
Driving is more convenient due to parent(s) work schedules, household routines/schedules (sibling activities, dual households), child's before or after school activities
Bad weather
No crossing guards
Poor driving behavior on streets near school (distracted driving, speeding, not yielding at crosswalks)
Lack of facilities or bike parking (no sidewalks, bike paths, or routes; sidewalks or bike routes are in disrepair; street crossings are unsafe)
Concerns about personal safety, documentation, or criminal activity
I do not have any concerns.
