Fill out this form to supply information needed for your student to be in the Spirit of Saginaw Band program next year!
This is for new AND returning students.
YOU WILL NEED TO DO ONE FORM FOR EACH STUDENT SEPARATELY.

At a later date, you will be directed to complete RankOne Forms to fill & sign release forms for the 2023-2024 school year.

All sizing for uniforms will be done at a later date.
A date for physicals will also be supplied at a later date.  All students must supply a NEW physical for each student, EVERY YEAR. Thes must be turned in between May 1 and August 1***

Booster officers will be sending out information for payments soon.

**These prices are an increase from last year due to the demands of our program and are necessary to meet the needs of the students.  If you qualify for financial assistance, you must provide documentation to the Saginaw Band Treasurer.  Payments will be made from May to the end of October (6 months total) and will draft on the 5th or 20th of the month.

We will provide meals for contest days only, which include boxed lunches from our supporting business (chick-fil-a, jasons deli, chicken express, pizza hut, wendys, etc.).     Students will have an opportunity to PRE-purchase meals before games/camps or bring their own food.                                                                                                                                Proporcionaremos comidas solo para los días del concurso, que incluyen almuerzos tipo 'box lunch' por parte de negocio patriconadores (chick-fil-a, jasons deli, chicken express, pizza hut, wendys, etc.)   Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de comprar con anticipación las comidas antes de los juegos / campamentos o traer su propia comida.
Volunteers are a vital part of the SOS Band program.  All parents are expected to volunteer at a minimum of ONE event.  Please indicate what opportunities that you may be able to help us with.  (This is just an interest survey and not a commitment)  Check as many as you may be interested in.  You may be contacted by the Committee Chair.  YES!  You can volunteer for an event your student may not be involved in :)                              Los voluntarios son una parte vital del programa SOS Band.  Se espera que todos los padres sean voluntarios en un mínimo de UN evento.  Indique en qué oportunidades puede ayudarnos.
