Demeanor commitment *
Please make sure you are aware of the following aspects on demeanor at Junior Camp: - respect and obey all camp staff/mentors - respect all other attendees - be present at all Junior Camp meetings, games, and activities - keep the park grounds clean - never go anywhere without consulting and receiving approval from your mentor. The following disciplinary steps will be implemented: 1) Warning. 2) Meeting with Junior Camp Director  3) Phone call to the parents/guardians  & releasing attendee from Junior Camp.

No flip-flops, please have sneakers (running shoes, close toed shoes with a strap on back). FOR ALL ATTENDEE appropriate clothes, to be KNEE LENGTH (shorts or skirts to be knee length). ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE - SHORT SHORTS, LEGGINGS, RIPPED PANTS/SHORTS. JUNIOR CAMP HAS THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT ANY ATTENDEE DISREGARDING THESE GUIDELINES.

Cell phones and other electronics are discouraged from all use at Junior Camp to help each person to: •focus on the themes from the Bible •build stronger friendships with others. ALL participating staff at Junior Camp are hereby released from liability of any damage or loss that any of the attendees’s devices might have.

General Disclaimer to Attendee and Parent / Guardian *
I,  do hereby release the Slavic Evangelical Church of San Diego and all staff from all claims and causes of action by reason of any injury which may be sustained as a result of these activities on the campground premises. I agree to  cooperate and to conform to staff/mentors instructions of the Junior Camp organization who are in charge of these activities. Should an attendee not do so, and should those leading an activity believe it necessary, the attendee will be released from the activity as soon as possible after being called by staff/mentor for that purpose. I hereby give my permission to the physician, nurse, selected by Slavic Evangelical Church of San Diego to give medical aid as required at time of treatment for illness or injury.
