This is the sign up sheet for the 2023 Spring Spring sponsored by Campbell High Schools Passaconaway chapter of the National Honor Society. Below, you will need to fully complete the form to sign up for the event.
Who: Passaconaway Chapter of National Honor Society
What: This year's event is a 5k to raise money for Boston Children's hospital. You are not required to race during this 5k. Everyone is encourage to participate regardless of their ability to run the race/level of activity. There will be plenty of walkers and runners. If you are interested in racing and getting your time tracked, please indicate so on the question below, and you will be given a number on the day of the race. You will be in the front of the group to begin the 5k.
When: Sunday, April 16th, 2023 at 9am (check in will be at 8:30am)
Where: Begins at Campbell High School. There will be a marked path down Albuquerque for the race.
Why: To help raise money to be donated to Boston Children's Hospital.
How: To sign up, fill out one response per person. (Make sure the applicant name is the participant. Families will have to fill out multiple forms for each participant.)
How much: The event is $20 per person. This includes the cost for your t-shirt.
If you are interested, please fill out the sign up sheet below and either bring your money to an officer of National Honor Society (Justin Haley, Sean Follis, Molly Dyer, Alexandra Biron) or drop your check/cash off in a labeled envelope to the Campbell High School office addressed to Sabrina Noury (National Honor Society Advisor). All checks can be made out to Campbell High School.
**Important note: Sign ups close on March 19th at 5pm. While we would happily accept anyone who chooses to come sign up and participate the day of, anyone who does not sign up before March 19th will not get a shirt. We need to place our t-shirt order by a specific day.**
