Bid Day Gifts Order Form
Bid Day, Monday, August 14, is a very exciting time in your student's life! Parcel Goods + Gifts offers delivery of Bid Day Baskets that consist of Greek merchandise for the sorority that your student receives a bid from. All you have to do is select the gift basket you want sent and we will do the rest!

Important Notes:
Parcel Goods + Gifts will receive the bid lists from each sorority. You don't need to notify us of your student's bid.
- You will be charged for your basket within a few hours of placing your order.
- All Bid Day orders placed BEFORE Bid Day will be delivered on Monday, August 12, to the sorority house.
- All orders placed ON Bid Day will be delivered between the evening of Bid Day through the day following Bid Day at the latest.
If your student decides not to accept the bid that she was given we ask that you call us or email us immediately to cancel the order. If received in time, we can instead send a “happy gift” basket of non-greek items or cancel for store credit.
- If your student drops recruitment before bid day, she will not be on our list, so please contact us if you’d like to switch her gift to a “happy gift” basket of non-greek items or cancel for store credit.
