Mentors and Mentees will meet in person at the Orientation Event on Monday, January 23 at 7pm CST in La Cite 215 at the University of Regina.

A speed-dating style method will be used to allow everyone a chance to briefly meet with each other, and matching will be a result of the ranked preferences of all participants at the event. This Orientation and Matching Event are mandatory for everyone, and will occur only once. Previous program participants who wish to remain in their mentor-mentee pairs are required to participate, even though every effort will be made to repair them based on the ranked-preference ballot every person will submit post-orientation.

If you are not present, you might not be matched to someone in the program, and will be invited to participate in the Fall 2023 iteration of the program. Please confirm your attendance at the Orientation and Matching Event:
