Kitty Angels of CT Adoption Application
Use this form to apply for one of the cats/kittens we have available for adoption.  

Kitty Angels of Connecticut is a private, non-profit, no-kill shelter for homeless cats run completely by volunteers.  It is not a pet store.  Not everyone who applies will be approved to adopt a companion animal from us.  Our objective is to place animals FOR LIFE in loving, safe, and responsible households.  To enable us to fulfill this goal, we ask that you provide us with the following information regarding the animals' potential home.  Your answers will be our assurance that Kitty Angles cats will live in good, permanent homes.  Please do not try to anticipate what type of answers are "correct", since some questions may have more than one answer.  Some questions are asked purely to help us get to know you better.

A couple of things of note:
  • All cats and kittens available are posted on our Facebook page and Petfinder.  We only accept applications for cats and kittens that are available at the time of application.
  • We do not keep applications on file as often families are able to find their purrfect kitty before we have a match available.
  • The application must be completed, in full, with information for all adults in the household, to be considered.
  • Kitty Angels is completely volunteer run.  We appreciate your patience with response time.

  • Adopters must be at least 23 years of age.

Current Adoption Fees (based on the known or estimated age of the cat at the time of adoption):
8 weeks - 5 years: $250
6 years - 9 years: $200
Senior Cats (over 9 years): $150
FIV/FeLV+ Cats regardless of age: $150
