FTLC Rules and Regulations
The Fort Lauderdale Concours organizers and selection committee welcomes your application for consideration for our show field and concours competition.
We will review all applications and contact you whether you are selected or not to be in the show. Entry deadline is 15 September 2024.
The organizers and their appointed representatives reserve the right to accept only vehicles meeting the standards of the Fort Lauderdale Concours, as determined by the organizers. Replica vehicles are not eligible for this event.
The Fort Lauderdale Concours will take place rain or shine. Applying for selection means you are committed to bringing your vehicle even if there is inclement weather.
All classes for display and judging on our show field is determined by the Fort Lauderdale Concours and are subject to change in order to curate and create the best show possible. All decisions by the judges are final.
Due to the unique nature of the show venue, you must bring your vehicle at the to-be-assigned designated time for load-in on Friday, 1 November 2024 and leave your car until the end of the event at 10:15pm on that evening. Owners and their representatives agree to leave their vehicles on display until the awards presentation and/or conclusion of the show. Organizers will instruct as to run of show.
For-sale or advertising signage is not allowed on show field vehicles.
Each vehicle must have a UL approved and fully-charged fire extinguisher (1lb. dry chemical or halon for motorcycles, 2 ½ lbs. for cars.)
Please make sure your battery is charged and your car is fueled.

Application for Entry and Participation in the Fort Lauderdale Concours – Release of Liability Terms and Conditions
The Applicant desiring to enter and participate in the Fort Lauderdale Concours and related activities (hereinafter, the “FTLC Event”) to be held on Friday, 1 November 2024, does hereby tender and submit the Applicant’s application.
In consideration of acceptance by the Fort Lauderdale Concours, Inc. (“FTLC”) and its Selection Committee of this application, the Applicant does hereby give express permission to FTLC to use (i) the enclosed vehicle information and histories, as well as any photographs supplied by the Applicant or taken by others (collectively, the “Materials”), for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the FTLC Event in all media (including but not limited to all forms of social media), advertising (including, but not limited to print and video) and/or program inclusion; and (ii) the Applicant’s name, likeness, photograph(s), testimonial and/or voice, either alone or accompanied by the Materials (collectively, “Applicant’s Likeness”), in all media (including but not limited to all forms of social media), advertising (including, but not limited to, print and video) and/or program inclusion. Applicant acknowledges and agrees that FTLC shall have the right to modify, reproduce, display or otherwise disseminate the Materials and Applicant’s Likeness, in whole or in part, provided that any modification or alterations made to same do not significantly alter or misrepresent the original content. Further, Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the Materials and Applicant’s Likeness may be used by FTLC on its website and in connection with other promotional materials to promote FTLC generally and advertise future FTLC events.
In consideration of acceptance by FTLC and its Selection Committee of this application, the Applicant does hereby fully release, indemnify and hold harmless the following entities, organizations and individuals from any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses or liabilities of any kind that may arise before, during, after or otherwise in connection with the FTLC Event and the submission and use of Materials and Applicant’s Likeness hereunder (including, but not limited to, any rights of privacy or publicity, moral or artist rights): (1) the organizers of the FTLC Event, their appointees, representatives, agents, and volunteers ; (2) FTLC, and its officers, shareholders, agents, representatives and employees; (3) Informa PLC, and its officers, employees, and volunteers, (5) Marine Industries Association of South Florida, and its officers, employees, and volunteers, (4) any and all FTLC Event sponsor companies and their employees, agents, representatives, vendors, (6) The RPM Foundation, and its officers, employees, and volunteers, and (7) any other exhibitors at the FTLC Event, from any and all liability arising out of said event.
The Applicant warrants and represents that (i) the Applicant has personally read the Rules and Regulations pursuant to which the FTLC Event will be conducted and will abide by said Rules and Regulations; (ii) the Applicant carries full insurance coverage for the automobile or automobiles registered for the FTLC Event; (iii) this agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment with any third party, and no third party has any rights in, to or arising out of, or in connection with the Materials, including without limitation any claims for fees, royalties or other payments; and (iv) Applicant has the full right and authority to submit this application and grant the rights to the FTLC as set forth herein.
The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that nothing contained herein shall be construed to obligate FTLC and/or its Selection Committee to accept this application.
All reasonable care will be taken by FTLC and the event host Informa PLC to ensure a safe environment for all applicants and their vehicles.
The terms and conditions of this Application shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements made and to be wholly performed therein. By clicking below, Applicant hereby confirms that the undersigned has personally read the above and accept these terms and conditions of the FTLC Event.
