1 Business (group of students) = 1 Registration. Kids working in teams need not submit one application each.
Please watch out for an email from us that confirms your business idea.

PLEASE READ: For families with siblings that are going solo and doing TWO separate businesses. Please use one registration form (the form only takes one registration per email address). It also means that siblings while they are selling two different things will share one table, and will be considered as one "business", in order for us to accommodate as many kids as we can.

By filling out this form and checking the boxes below, you, the parents, and the children involved in your business are agreeing to the following: *

That this is a learning experience for the students, and I will keep the business ideas to be child-led / student-led.

That all members of our business party will exhibit STORMY behavior at all times.

That our business will price its products at $5 each or less.

That we will respond to email communications regarding 4KidsByKids in a timely manner.

That we will provide the materials for our booth if we own them, so that others who do not have said materials can make use of what the school has..

That we will teach our children / students to donate 10% of their profit to our local charity. In such case that our business does not generate any profits, we will be happy to donate phsyical, non-perishable products to the charity. All checks for the donation will be made out to Cypress Village Elementary PTA

That if we are providing food products, that we will display our product ingredients and keep all our items NUT-FREE.

That we will provide at least one item to donate as a raffle prize for April 24.

That we will provide our own petty cash for our business.

That we will help clean up the marketplace on April 24 once it is over and keep our school clean and tidy..

That we will respect the decisions of the 4KidsByKids Committee in the business choice given to us.

That we will respect the decisions and opinions of the school administration in ensuring that our ads / promotional materials abide by school rules. The administration and the 4KidsByKids committee reserves the right to remove a poster if they feel it does not comply with school policy.

That all 4KidsByKids business (order taking, etc). will be conducted outside of school hours. All orders will be picked up at the Marketplace on April 24.

That I acknowledge that our business idea will be promoted on social media and to the rest of the Cypress Village Community.
