GENERAL
To ensure that your child receives the maximum benefit of their lesson/s, lessons will begin promptly at the allocated time.

Face to face lessons - Students are welcome to wait in the waiting room before/after their lesson. Students in infants and primary school will not be allowed out of the front door without a parent, please come into the waiting room to pick them up.

Online lessons - Please join your Zoom meeting before the start time and are waiting for the Tutor (host) to connect. Students will need a microphone to participate; a camera is beneficial but not essential.

PROGRESS UPDATES
Your child's progress will be constantly monitored. A mid-term update will be sent to parents via SMS in Week 5 and an end of term update in Week 10. If you'd like more information throughout the term please email us or chat to your child's tutor during their scheduled lesson time.

PAYMENT OF FEES, MISSED LESSONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once your lesson time and day has been confirmed and an invoice for the term fees has been issued your child's place is secured and therefore not available to anyone else. It is preferred that payment is made in a lump sum however, fortnightly payments are accepted with the final payment due in Week 8.

We would greatly appreciate it if you are able to let us know in advance if your child is unable to make his/her lesson. As a result of high demand and limited time availability, we are unable to provide 'catch up' lessons.

If your tutor is unable to teach, another tutor will be arranged to cover the lesson at the same scheduled time. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued for the lesson.

If you need to make changes to your lesson day/time we will endeavour to meet your needs. If you need to cancel in the final five weeks of the term the full fees must be paid as the position is unlikely to be filled. Requests for refunds will be assessed on an individual basis, with the final decision being at the sole discretion of My Tutor.
