ABOUT THIS TRAINING FOR TRAUMA RECOVERY AND HEALING
The Trauma Recovery Training is a stand alone 2-day training.  Previous experience with Capacitar is not necessary (so please share this information with others who may find it useful).  What is necessary is a desire to support those who have experienced trauma.  Using mindful body, mind, spirit practices, this training does not use "talk therapy."   The workshop model of "popular education" prepares participants to train their colleagues, their families, or their friends in trauma healing and general wellness practices.
